Your role will include:
Overseeing daily operations of the day care, ensuring compliance with state regulations and safety standards. Leading and supporting a team of child care professionals to deliver high-quality care and educational experiences. Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication and updates. Managing the center's budget, enrollment, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Developing and implementing age-appropriate programs and activities that promote learning and development. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a child care or educational leadership role. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage both staff and operations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with children, parents, and team members.
