What they do
A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Starts at $16/Hr and depends on experience.Work Hours:

9:30am-12:00pmRequirements:
Childcare and Tutoring Experience is preferred, Proficiency in elementary Math and English is required until grade 5.Job Summary:
The Center admin reports to the Center Director and is principally in charge of managing and performing center administration tasks (No Lesson Planning Needed).Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving Center goals by performing administration tasks. Create and maintain student schedules.- Customer service-related duties including attending to parents, answering phone call etc.
- Teach students as needed.
- Perform educational administrative tasks, as directed, including administering, correcting, and writing up tests.
- Perform administrative functions such as maintenance of attendance records, data entry, and maintenance of student records.
- Serve as the contact for parents and students in absence of director. Provide regular updates on student progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients, explain the center's programs, and manage the onboarding process for new students.
