The Director will oversee daily operations, manage staff, build relationships with families, and ensure full compliance with state licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the daycare facility Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all staff members Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programming Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards Maintain enrollment, manage waitlists, and conduct family orientation tours Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Manage facility budget, payroll, supplies, and vendor relationships Plan and lead staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions Maintain accurate records including attendance, incident reports, and licensing documentation Foster a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children and families
Qualifications:
