Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Curriculum Director for TLE Preschool to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our early childhood education programs. In this role, you will shape the educational experience for young learners by designing engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure our preschool programs meet high standards of quality and align with best practices in early childhood education. Your leadership will inspire teaching teams and promote a culture of excellence in instructional design and professional growth. Responsibilities Manages team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards Lead the design and development of preschool curricula that are aligned with developmental milestones, state standards, and best practices in early childhood education. Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. Executes "parent pleasers" Execution of our Show and Tell Builds and communicates weekly schedules Oversee the integration of learning technology tools such as LMS (Learning Management System), SCORM packages, and platforms like Blackboard to enhance curriculum delivery and tracking. Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers on instructional strategies, curriculum implementation, and the use of learning technology to improve classroom outcomes. Provide coaching and mentorship to preschool educators to support effective teaching practices, classroom management, and curriculum fidelity. Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging instructional content, including multimedia resources using tools like Adobe Captivate. Ensure all curriculum materials adhere to licensing requirements such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) models for systematic instructional design. Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback collection, continuously refining curricula to meet evolving educational needs. Requirements Proven experience in curriculum development within early childhood or preschool education settings. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and familiarity with SCORM standards for e-learning content. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Blackboard or similar platforms; technical proficiency is essential. Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development and teacher coaching in classroom environments. Expertise in integrating learning technology tools such as Adobe Captivate for content creation and course design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and foster collaborative relationships among staff. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of adult education principles and experience delivering training & development sessions for educators. Classroom experience in early childhood education is highly desirable; familiarity with preschool teaching practices is essential.
