Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance preschool programs and curricula that meet developmental standards and educational best practices Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards Support budgeting processes by managing resources effectively to optimize program delivery and maintain financial sustainability Lead and mentor teaching staff by providing guidance on educational strategies, classroom management, and professional development opportunities Collaborate with families to promote engagement, address concerns, and foster a supportive community environment Coordinate with university partners or external agencies to integrate research-based practices and innovative educational approaches Monitor classroom environments regularly to ensure they are safe, inclusive, and conducive to active learning Experience Proven management experience within early childhood education settings or preschool administration Strong background in education administration with an emphasis on strategic planning and operational oversight Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster professional growth among staff Experience working within university-affiliated programs or similar educational institutions is highly desirable Knowledge of budgeting processes and resource management in educational environments Prior teaching experience at the preschool level or higher is preferred to inform administrative decision-making This role is perfect for passionate professionals eager to make a meaningful impact on early childhood education through strategic leadership, innovative program development, and dedicated management.
