A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Description

Manager Duties Go over registration checklist with doctor, Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and rad tech on a quarterly basis. Assist RSO with all reports and ensure they are up to date. Keep an updated Inventory of supplies. Weekly reports on procedures. Improving communication and market between dialysis center and vascular access center. Ensure all employees are up to date in their
CPR / BLS
certifications, OSHA classes, and DEA certificates. Ensure proper working conditions for X-ray units with maintenance and annual inspections. Ensure all supplies are for procedures are in order with zero to limited delays. Schedule mandatory city inspections for fire, and backflow annually. Ensure building is up to code for inspections. Fill in for Rad Tech when needed: Use sterile techniques and OSHA guidelines to operate C arm and documentation of supplies, set up OR tables and biohazard bins, transfer Fluro and Ultrasound images to the computer. Fill in for Scrub Tech when needed : Use sterile techniques and OSHA guidelines to prepare the OR for procedures, restock procedure kits and sheets, assist in permcath removals. Help front desk when needed. Manage employee timecards. Train newly hires with their duties, protocols, and policies.

  • Experience as RN or LVN
  • Previous experience in medical administrative support or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
