Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

The Garden Center Manager's primary role is to manage the operations of the Garden Center. Drives customer service in every way, to make shopping the Garden Center as easy and pleasant of an experience as possible. Manages Garden Center associates as needed and helps out in all areas of the store daily. Understanding of plant care, seasonal cycles and product selection. Experience with staffing, schedules, sales and inventory control. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks i.e., lifting, watering and stocking. Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, displays and seasonal décor. Proven track record of being a team player Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays. 66 Hardware Company is a group of 7 (and growing!)
