Job Description

Fractal Education applies a unique business and education management model to optimize the quality of each center as long-term leaders in their respective submarkets. Education Director The Education Director (ED) will serve as the senior site-level leader (onsite) for classroom quality and performance management our licensed early childhood education facility . The ED's are Director-level administrators at each center dedicated onsite to meeting Texas Rising Star (TRS) and Fractal Ed brand standards at the classroom level. The ED will work directly with Regional Academic Director and Area Directors to develop and implement curriculum and instructional practices while promoting a site level identity of continuous improvement and professional growth among teaching staff. The ED will work onsite at the facility side-by-side with the center Program Director (PD), who is responsible for facility level operations and quality assurance and will report directly to them.
Responsibilities:
 Lead the implementation and performance of curriculum within each classroom at their facility to a TRS 4-star level;  Observe, assess, develop, and train teachers in each classroom to build a high-quality educational identity with accountability and growth;  Collaborate with the Program Director at their facility to deliver strong leadership and execution of site-level priorities and programmatic objectives;  Provide mentorship and support to teachers at their facility in the delivery of high-quality instruction, including lesson planning, delivery, and assessment;  Facilitate and lead professional training/development opportunities that promote best practices in teaching and learning, including obtaining a Childcare Development Associates Degree (CDA) or equivalent;  Report on classroom performance metrics to Area Director and participate in site level leadership meetings;  Participate in Fractal Education ED group meetings and trainings, providing support to Academic Division leadership for the training and development of other facility ED's;  Support the development and implementation of Fractal Education academic systems and structures to ensure the effective and efficient operations; and  Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and serve as a positive role model for staff.
Qualifications:
 Child Development Associate degree or equivalent in education or a related field;  5+ years of experience as an onsite administrator in an early childhood education;  8+ years total experience onsite in a Texas-licensed early education center;  Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum implementation, classroom preparation and management, and age-appropriate conscious discipline;  Demonstrated knowledge of accreditations, including Texas Rising Star and National Association for the Education of Young Children;  Demonstrated ability to execute classroom observations, assessments, development plans, and teacher training;  Strong leadership, mentorship, and partnership skills with other site level administration;  Ability to analyze and interpret student data to inform instructional decisions;  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;  Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and  Must pass a background check and have a valid driver license.

$39,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
