Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and project leadership team throughout the lifecycle of a large-scale Dallas data center project, with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination.

Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities include: Assist with daily project management and coordination activities Track project schedules, budgets, and cost impacts Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Support subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities Coordinate with field teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation Track materials, equipment deliveries, and project logistics Assist with project closeout documentation including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings Maintain organized project records and ensure timely communication across the project team Support MEP coordination efforts to help keep work moving safely and efficiently MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
