About Us Teach ABA Learning Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families in the Sugar Land area. We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our center running smoothly so our clinical team can focus on what matters most — our clients. What You'll Do Answer phone calls and respond to new client inquiries Manage scheduling for therapists, BCBAs, and client sessions Handle authorizations and billing coordination Coordinate staff schedules, coverage, and day-to-day support needs Lead staff onboarding — paperwork, orientation, and setting new hires up for success Conduct tours for prospective families and answer initial questions about our services Maintain and track the budget for office and operational expenses Keep all logs, records, and documentation updated accurately and in a timely manner Oversee general housekeeping and upkeep of the center to maintain a clean, welcoming environment Serve as the first point of contact for parents/caregivers, staff, and vendors Maintain accurate client records and ensure HIPAA compliance Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs Support leadership with reporting, payroll support, and general HR administration What We're Looking For Prior office management experience preferred, ideally within an ABA, pediatric therapy, or medical/healthcare setting Working knowledge of insurance and billing processes Basic budgeting or expense-tracking experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable about keeping logs and records current and up to date Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Comfortable leading tours and representing the center to prospective families Friendly, professional phone presence for handling inquiries Excellent communication skills with families, staff, and outside providers Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace HIPAA knowledge/experience a plus Compensation & Benefits $50,000/year Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00
