This vital role involves overseeing activities, developing engaging curricula, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children. The Child Administrator will collaborate with staff, parents, and community partners to foster a vibrant, inclusive space where behavioural children can , socially, and emotionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence young lives positively while demonstrating strategic leadership and management expertise. Responsibilities Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand outreach, and meet organizational goals. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support vsrious activities and facility needs. Supervise staff members, , providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Oversee daily operations of children's programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication, meetings, and community events. Lead fundraising efforts by identifying opportunities for grants or sponsorships to support program expansion and improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within a childcare or school setting. Strong background in curriculum development tailored to diverse age groups. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects. Excellent public speaking abilities for engaging presentations to stakeholders or community groups. Knowledge of budgeting processes and strategic planning methodologies. Hands-on classroom experience working directly with students is highly desirable.
