What they do

A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Overview Thank you for your interest in joining the PAK Family! We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and loving Preschool Coach to lead our morning classes and help build confidence in our tiniest athletes. At PAK Gymnastics, we believe in creating a safe, fun, and empowering environment where kids grow not only in skills, but in character. This role is perfect for someone passionate about child development, physical activity, and creating a fun, safe environment for preschoolers. As a Morning Preschool Coach, you will lead interactive activities that promote physical, social, and emotional growth while fostering a love for learning and movement. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help set a positive tone for the entire day, ensuring children start their mornings energized and eager to explore.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, daycare, nannying, etc.) preferred Able to create fun and engaging themes through small gymnastics based courses Friendly, upbeat personality with patience and enthusiasm Comfortable leading groups of young children (ages walking-5) Able to stand for up to 3 hours and lift 30 lbs Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Arrive around 15-30 minutes early to set up
