" CDA or qualifying training will train Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and visionary Early Childhood / Preschool Director to lead our vibrant early education community. This dynamic leader will oversee all aspects of preschool operations, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for childhood development, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of early childhood education standards and regulations. In this role, you will inspire staff, foster positive relationships with families, and drive strategic initiatives to promote excellence in early learning. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and vision for the preschool program, aligning with educational best practices and regulatory standards Oversee curriculum development to ensure engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support holistic child development Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, classroom oversight, and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance instructional quality and classroom management skills Lead fundraising efforts and develop community partnerships to support program growth and sustainability Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources effectively as part of school administrative leadership Conduct faculty evaluations, supervise personnel management activities, and promote a collaborative team environment Ensure adherence to special education laws and inclusive practices to support diverse learners Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular updates Maintain comprehensive knowledge of early childhood education policies, licensing requirements, and educational regulations Requirements Proven experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood or preschool settings Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, childhood development principles, and educational compliance standards Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators and support staff in a school environment Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and resource management at an executive level Familiarity with special education law, legal requirements for early childhood programs, and instructional leadership in K-12 settings Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration Management experience in school administration or as a preschool director with a focus on personnel supervision and faculty evaluation Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments related to early childhood education while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth through innovative teaching practices Join us in shaping the future by leading a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional early childhood education.
