KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our North Salt Lake center to inspire and nurture young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and maintain a welcoming classroom that celebrates each child's uniqueness. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for young children. Observe and document children's growth to inform instruction and share progress with families. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to coordinate programs and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Assist with enrollment, transitions, and family engagement activities.
