A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

If you are excited about improving children's lives by offering the best in early childhood education, then we want to talk to you! Motivated and caring adults can thrive in a program that values your skills, thoughts and dedication. This person must have a Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a child related field. A CDA or NAC would also be acceptable. All applicants should be available for full time work Monday thru Friday and be dedicated to improving children's lives by providing exceptionally high programs to our families. Daily duties include scheduling and supervising staff, communicating with parents, maintaining records for the Child Care and Adult Food Program, billing and collecting tuition fees, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. All applicants should also have at least 1 years experience in a licensed child care center as either Director or Assistant Director and a total of 3 years working in the child care field.
