• Must be a Born Again Follower of Jesus 360Kidcare is a ministry extension of LifeChurch360. We provide excellent, safe, healthy, positive, Christian childcare for all families.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in childcare - 6 months of management
• Must be DCYF certified and have at lease 45 ECE college credit hours completed
• Must have a food handlers permit
• Manage all facets of the Childcare Center
• Safe, clean, professional, joyful place for children and their families.
• Build curriculum around a Christ centered learning program
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and building a cohesive, unified, and happy committed team
• Managing all Student/Family marketing, enrolling, and care
• Managing all FDA food program, meal planning, recording, cooking, and serving
• Recruit/market for new staff, interview, hire, train, and build a cohesive team
• Maintain an extra clean and safe environment
• Manage staffing to be in ratio at all times while being fiscally accountable for budget
• Manage staff redirects, training, discipline, and positive attitudes
• Manage professional appearance, communication, and safety at all times
• Develop and build your staff as you develop and build the center
• Grow the center from 20 students to 80 students and then to 180 students
• Compensation will advance and be reflected in performance raises and or bonuses
• Team centered, positive, accountable, relational, financially accountable, marketing on social media and website, love children, caring and directing leader
• Work to connect the Childcare Center families to the church

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
