Kiddie Academy of Greater Seattle is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education leader to join our team as Center Director . This opportunity is designed for an established ECE leader with 2+ years of experience as a Center Director, including experience leading a center with a licensed capacity of 100+ children . What You'll Do As Center Director, you'll lead the overall success of the Academy while partnering with a talented team of teachers and staff.

Your focus will include:

Leading day-to-day center operations and maintaining a safe, high-quality learning environment Building, developing, and retaining a strong and engaged team Supporting staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and team development Building lasting relationships with children, families, and staff Supporting enrollment, family engagement, retention, and community relationships Ensuring compliance with Washington State childcare licensing requirements (WACs) Supporting the implementation of Kiddie Academy's Life Essentials® Curriculum Creating a positive, organized, and welcoming Academy culture What We're Looking For We're looking for a proven ECE leader who is confident leading a high-volume center and can balance people, operations, and business priorities. 2+ years of experience as a Center Director Experience leading a center with a licensed capacity of 100+ children Strong knowledge of Washington State childcare licensing requirements Experience leading, developing, and retaining teaching teams Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and family relationships Comfortable using childcare management software and technology platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, accountable, and collaborative leadership style Passion for early childhood education and child development Why Join Kiddie Academy? Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$75,000 - $85,000. Starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, education, and qualifications.

Paid time off:

PTO accrues based on hours worked and tenure. Full-time employees earn approximately 80-120 hours annually.

Paid holidays:

Eligible full-time employees receive company-paid holidays in accordance with company policy.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to eligible employees.

Other compensation:

Qualifying full-time Teacher positions are eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
