What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of a high-quality childcare and preschool program Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers and staff Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations Build strong relationships with families and the community Develop and implement engaging, age appropriate curriculum Manage enrollment, staffing, and program growth

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in childcare, early education, or preschool settings for a minimum of 2 years Strong organizational and communication skills Deep understanding of child development and early learning standards Ability to inspire staff and create a positive, nurturing environment
