Job Description
Inspire, nurture, and grow—help shape the lives of young children in a warm, collaborative environment that values compassion, creativity, and lifelong learning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Support educators in curriculum implementation, classroom management, and child engagement.
Prepare materials and resources for activities and lessons.
Collaborate with educators and families to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning space.
Current or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and engaging with children at their level.
SEED Level 4-5 certification preferred or to be completed within 30 days.
Food Handler's CardExperience with children preferred; familiarity with alternative educational models (Montessori, Waldorf, Expeditionary Learning, or similar educational models) is preferred.
Completion of 24 hours of annual paid professional development is required.

Assist in supervising daily classroom routines, including toileting, meals, diapering, and transitions.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Support educators in curriculum implementation, classroom management, and child engagement.

Collaborate with educators and families to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning space.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks.Current or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and engaging with children at their level.
