KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Hoover KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll communicate closely with families, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with licensing standards. Observe, document, and assess children's progress and adjust activities to individual needs. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's development and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum, events, and a positive learning culture. Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures, including supervision and hygiene protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support inclusion and positive behavior guidance for all children.
