Duties Supervise and care for children in a daycare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or welfare Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines in accordance with best practices in early childhood care Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR ( Pediatric First Aid preferred) Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom activities effectively while maintaining a safe environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and childhood development standards Passion for nurturing young children's growth through engaging teaching methods and compassionate supervision
Pay:
