The ideal candidate will bring both experience and creativity to the classroom, fostering a love of learning while supporting each child's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lessons using the Abeka curriculum Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Support the developmental needs of Pre-K students Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and staff Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed Uphold and model the school's core values in daily interactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) Experience teaching in a preschool or Pre-K setting Familiarity and hands-on experience with Abeka curriculum Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A genuine love for working with young children
