Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Twos Teacher who aligns with our core values and has a heart for working with young children. The ideal candidate will bring both experience and creativity to the classroom, fostering a love of learning while supporting each child's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lessons using the Abeka curriculum Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Support the developmental needs of two year olds Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and staff Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed Uphold and model the school's core values in daily interactionsQualifications:
Experience teaching in a preschool setting Familiarity and hands-on experience with Abeka curriculum (preferred) Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A genuine love for working with young childrenPreferred Qualities:
Patient, compassionate, and dependable Team-oriented with a positive attitude Committed to continuous learning and professional growth Passionate about early childhood education and student successBenefits:
