Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this role, you will support early childhood development through structured activities, personalized care, and positive guidance. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love of learning and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including preschool curriculum and play-based learning Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times through vigilant child supervision and classroom management Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, respect, and social skills among children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any concerns related to child welfare or safety incidents Administer first aid or pediatric first aid as needed, ensuring immediate care for minor injuries or health issues Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Classroom experience managing behavior and implementing child development instruction strategies Familiarity with child supervision techniques, classroom management tools, and early childhood curriculum planning Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification requirements for childcare providers Ability to communicate effectively with parents, team members, and children in a professional manner Join us to inspire young minds! Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
