Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Plan and supervise a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor play, art, music, and storytelling. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Provide individual and group instruction, catering to the diverse needs of children. Observe and document children's development, progress, and behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and families, providing updates on their child's progress. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Early childhood education experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with children and adults. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills. Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
