Job Description

We are seeking a warm, caring, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and sensory-rich environment where infants can build trust, feel secure, and begin reaching important developmental milestones.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment. Support infants' physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote exploration and learning. Maintain open, ongoing communication with parents about their child's progress Follow all health and safety protocols and licensing regulations Observe and document children's developmental progress and share updates with families and leadership. Work collaboratively with co-teachers and administrative staff Work Monday - Friday for full time employment Execute lesson plans and curriculum Maintain licensing requirements Complete required assessments and observations Build strong, rusting relationships with parents and help meet their needs Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; CDA (Child Development Associate) or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Experience working with infants in a licensed child care center preferred Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and meet the physical demands of caring for infants Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Passion for working with young children in a nurturing environment
