Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Childcare Worker to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can grow. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners while fostering their early childhood development. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress, needs, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare Provide first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring immediate response to minor injuries or health issues Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Ability to effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and children in a positive manner Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including infant care practices and toddler care strategies Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm while maintaining patience and professionalism
Pay:
