Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Bailey Cove KinderCare center. In this on-site role, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom where young children learn, explore, and grow. You will design age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll receive ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement while making a meaningful impact on children's early learning every day. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure constant attention to health and safety procedures. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Observe and document children's development and communicate progress to families. Support individualized learning needs and inclusive practices. Collaborate with center staff to develop and improve classroom programs. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and child protection standards. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
