Job Description

Duties:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Provide individualized attention and support to each child Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Monitor and assess children's development and progress Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in the classroom Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a similar setting (e.g., daycare, preschool, nanny) Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques Experience working with children with special needs or diverse learning abilities is a plus First aid and CPR certification is preferred If you are passionate about working with children and creating a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
