Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and social development of students. This role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in curriculum development, classroom management, and engaging students in meaningful learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of all students, including those with special education requirements. Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in professional development opportunities. Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance in literacy education, math, or other subjects. Experience Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; prior classroom experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development theories is preferred. Strong writing skills for lesson planning, curriculum documentation, and communication purposes are required. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those requiring specialized support is beneficial. Requirements 5 Year Fieldprint Fingerprint Background (MANDATORY)
