Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings with classroom experience in early childhood education. Strong understanding of childhood development principles, behavior management, and classroom management techniques. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education strategies for young learners. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood settings. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and teamwork within a childcare environment. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during all activities. Familiarity with Montessori methods, physical education teaching experience, and child welfare standards enhances your ability to support holistic child growth.
