In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, foster social-emotional skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Kinder Care standards. Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and maintain health and safety protocols. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's growth. Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance. Set up and maintain organized, engaging learning centers and materials. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Uphold Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and quality standards.
