At STARS Academy, our classrooms are more than a workplace—it's a space where young children build the foundation for lifelong growth. As an Early Childhood Developmental Technician, you play a direct role in helping children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively through structured, intentional care. In this role, you'll work alongside our Early Childhood Developmental Specialist (ECDS) and Lead ECDT to support each child's progress. You won't just assist—you'll actively engage with children, guide their development, and lead daily gross motor activities that build confidence, coordination, and independence. We're looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and consistency to their work. The right person is patient under pressure, proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and genuinely motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
