Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teacher to join our team in one of the following classrooms: Infant, Toddler, or Preschool , depending on experience and staffing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, understands developmental milestones, and is ready to contribute to a safe, engaging, and enriching classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our hybrid nature-based curriculum Foster a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive classroom atmosphere Maintain daily communication with parents using Brightwheel Promote positive behavior and model respect, kindness, and empathy Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Observe and document developmental progress and milestones Collaborate with other teachers and leadership to maintain a cohesive learning environment Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with DHS and Better Beginnings standards

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting Must meet all DHS requirements, including background checks and trainings Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of young children
