Duties Implement daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, adapting as needed to meet the unique needs of each class Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development by engaging in age-appropriate activities focused on literacy, math, and early childhood skills Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to ensure seamless instructional delivery and classroom operations Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom events Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and school policies related to child safety and well-being Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation for young learners Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals, or preschool curricula is advantageous Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff Familiarity with classroom experience in private schools or early childhood programs is a plus Ability to adapt instructional strategies for individuals requiring tutoring or additional support in literacy or numeracy skills Flexibility is essential, this would suit someone looking for hours around their studies or family. $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
