Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Include Implement age-appropriate activities that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special needs or requiring additional support. Engage in caregiving activities such as diapering, feeding, and supervising playtime. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications Experience working with children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices and behavior management strategies is a plus. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. First Aid and CPR certification is preferred or must be obtained upon hiring. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing demeanor with the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
