Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Coach/Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sports, specifically soccer, baseball, and basketball, dance and physical activities, with the ability to inspire and motivate students ages two to 10. This role involves teaching essential skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment for personal growth and development. Classes take place at various childcare centers throughout Conway and Little Rock during the business day. Child maltreatment checks and background checks are necessary. Travel to different locations during the business day is necessary. Pay is $25 per 30-minute class. Class locations vary. Bonuses are available. Pay increase available after 90-day evaluation. Classes are in the mornings, 8:30-12 and afternoons, 2:30-4:30. Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students in various sports and physical activities. Provide instruction in accordance with BallerBugs and JitterBugs values and training. Foster a safe and supportive environment while managing behavior effectively during training sessions. Encourage new enrollment through demonstration classes and handouts. Organize and lead practice sessions and drills to promote skill development. Check students in and upload pictures and videos to their profiles. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions. Maintain a professional relationship with clients. Recruit new centers by sharing our program. Skills Early childhood experience is essential. Strong knowledge of various sports, including basketball, baseball, or soccer. Experience working with students in a childcare or educational setting is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young athletes effectively. Strong organizational skills for planning training sessions and managing schedules. Ability to implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
