In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, activity planning, and effective communication with parents and guardians. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting incidents or concerns related to child safety or well-being Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean environment and practicing first aid procedures when necessary Qualifications Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Demonstrated experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is highly valued Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a supportive environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Passion for teaching young children through creative activity planning and nurturing care Join us in shaping bright futures by providing exceptional care that encourages growth, learning, and happiness!
