POSITION TITLE:

Hourly Childcare Worker

FLSA:

Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO

Director of Adult Education

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

8:30

•12:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. 5:00

•8 Mondays and Wednesdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Highly self motivated.

•This is a grant-funded position through the Adult Education Section of the Division of Workforce Services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain emotional control under stress.

Childcare provider.

Keeping accurate records, providing supervision for children, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Other duties as assigned by administration.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Must have the ability to lift at least 40 pounds occasionally.
