Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes growth, exploration, and learning. As a Lead Teacher, you will serve as a positive role model and work closely with families to support each child's unique developmental journey. Responsibilities Develop and execute dynamic lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development principles such as literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and supports toddler care best practices. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth classroom management and behavior management strategies are in place to foster positive social interactions. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs. Implement individualized learning strategies for children requiring additional support in areas like childhood development. Maintain accurate documentation of developmental assessments and lesson plans to track progress and inform instruction. Work with co- teacher and support staff, providing mentorship in classroom management, teaching techniques, and child welfare practices. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, specifically with infants and toddlers. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development including literacy education, math concepts, physical education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate age-appropriate activities for toddlers while adhering to state licensing requirements. Pay:

$11.15 - $14.00 per hour
