Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in our classrooms when regular teachers are unavailable. You will be responsible for delivering lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering student growth. Duties Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure educational objectives are met. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support student needs. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students. Supervise students during activities outside of the classroom, such as lunch or recess. Experience Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas: Childhood development principles and practices. Classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior.
