Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and engagement at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development and learning milestones Support children with their personal hygiene routines, including diapering, handwashing, and potty training as needed Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) Familiarity with special education needs and working with children with disabilities is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children Join us in shaping bright futures!
