Infant Toddler Teacher Are you passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team! At our center, we believe in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and loving care to infants and toddlers in accordance with best practices and safety standards.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress and needs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children's growth, behaviors, and milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support center-wide goals and initiatives. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher preferred.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers in a professional childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate patience, creativity, and flexibility. Benefits
