Job Description

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs and development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Note:
Experience in tutoring, physical education, or math is a plus but not required.
