Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Worker to assist with routine grounds maintenance and light building maintenance. This vital role involves maintaining building interiors, grounds, and essential systems to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your expertise in facilities management while contributing to a well-maintained environment. Responsibilities Mowing, weed eating, trimming, blowing sidewalks, picking up debris, changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, minor repairs, painting touch-ups, basic plumbing or electrical repairs (if experienced), and helping keep our properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. Requirements Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arkansas weather Valid driver's license Pay Starting at $12.00-$16.00 per hour, based on experience.
