Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Early Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Early Childhood Floater to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with children of all ages while supporting our teachers and classrooms. As a floater, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants through preschool aged children. You'll help provide classroom coverage, assist with daily activities and outdoor play, and be a valued member of our team. We are looking for someone who is warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Someone who is punctual and dependable, organized and self-motivated, flexible and able to adapt to different classrooms, and a positive team player with a strong work ethic. Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Early Learning Center is a faith-based preschool ministry with a positive team culture. We offer a supportive, family-oriented work environment. Hours are Monday - Thursday from 8am - 3pm. Minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool, early childhood care, and education is preferred.
