Description:
Kids SPOT Pediatric Therapy is an established pediatric therapy center with a growing staff of passionate individuals. As part of our commitment to supporting our team, we offer an exclusive, onsite childcare benefit solely for the children of our clinic's staff. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our onsite childcare. In this role, you will create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for infants aged 8 weeks 12 months.
Key Responsibilities Individualized Care:
Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and maintaining personalized daily schedules for each infant.
Developmental Activities:
Design and execute age-appropriate learning experiences that support sensory, motor, cognitive, and emotional growth.
Parent Communication:
Maintain open, daily communication with parents regarding meals, sleep, mood, and developmental updates (via physical logs or classroom apps).
Safety & Sanitation:
Ensure the classroom meets strict cleanliness, safety, and health standards, including sanitizing toys, cribs, and changing stations regularly.
Observation & Tracking:
Monitor and document developmental progress, reporting any concerns or milestones to families and administration. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5
PM Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Background check and reference checks required CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
