Infant Lead Teacher Inspire Kids Montessori | Full-Time Job Summary Inspire Kids Montessori is seeking an experienced Infant Lead Teacher to lead our infant classroom and teaching team. The Lead Teacher is responsible for providing nurturing, responsive care while creating a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment. This position leads daily classroom operations, plans and implements infant activities, observes and documents children's development, communicates with families, and provides direction and support to assistant teachers. The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, organized, and passionate about infant development and Montessori education.

Starting at $18.00/hour Lead Teacher Responsibilities Lead the infant classroom, daily routines, and overall classroom operations. Provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate Montessori experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and prepared Montessori environment. Lead, direct, and support assistant teachers while modeling classroom expectations. Observe and document children's development and maintain required records. Communicate professionally with families regarding their child's care and development. Ensure compliance with IKM policies, AZDHS licensing, health, safety, supervision, and safe-sleep requirements. Communicate classroom needs and concerns with school leadership.
