Commercial Pipefitting Foreman -
Mechanical Construction Location:
Phoenix, Arizona Pay:
$37-$43 per hour (DOE)
Job Type:
Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience installing and supervising mechanical piping systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities + Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial mechanical construction projects. + Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals. + Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping isometric drawings. + Install and oversee installation of chilled water, heating water, condenser water, process piping, and related mechanical systems. + Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades. + Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity. + Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards. + Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies. + Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman pipefitters. + Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation. Qualifications + 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience. + Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Pipefitter preferred. + Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical piping systems and installation methods. + Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. + Experience coordinating crews on active commercial construction projects. + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + OSHA 30 certification preferred. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay:
