Our Early Learning Center has served Flagstaff families with a spirit of excellence since 1994. We have a part-time morning position to fill. We are looking for a hard-working, responsible person who has a passion for working with young children and who wants to help them grow through our Christ-centered learning program. Responsibilities Positively interact with children 18 months-5 years of age Help children improve their social competencies, build self-esteem, and learn to resolve conflicts Follow all health and safety requirements Clean classrooms and bathrooms; monitor play inside and outside Cheerfully greet and communicate with parents about the child's day Skills Empathy and patience with young children Reliable, conscientious, honest, team-player Ability to interact positively with coworkers, children, and their parents Requirements High school diploma or GED Fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained before beginning work) First Aid and CPR certification Copy of immunization record 24 hours of Early Childhood Training per year (NAU education courses count toward these hours) Take Mt. Calvary's Bible information class (Approximately 10 hours of paid training)
